We're your dedicated repair & service provider for all types of mobility & accessibility equipment, offering convenient at-home maintenance or installation for your wheelchairs, powerchairs, scooters, bathroom accessibility, lifts for automobiles and stair lifts. 


We excel at serving the needs of veterans. It is our sincere pleasure to serve those who served. Contact us first when you need service for your VA issued mobility equipment. We'll request a NO CONSULT REQUIRED evaluation from the VA. Upon acceptance of the NO CONSULT REQUIRED evaluation, the VA instructs us to go to your home or residence and make an initial evaluation.


Our goal is to work hand-in-hand with the VA and extend mobility repair and service into your home or residence whenever possible.

Getting VA Issued Equipment Serviced, Repaired or Installed

Steps to Get VA Service, Repair or Installation

1. Get Evaluated by the VA

Start by speaking with your VA healthcare provider. If mobility equipment or repair services are deemed medically necessary, they’ll process your request. 


2. The VA May Require You to Bring Your Equipment in for Service


3. The VA May Recommend an On-Site Evaluation From a Service Provider

Request us by name: MOBILITY MEDIC


4. VA Approves and Assigns the Repair to Mobility Medic

Once approved, the VA may assign your case to Mobility Medic for mobility equipment repairs. 


5. After Your Request is Assigned to Mobility Medic

We will schedule an appointment at your home or preferred location in as little as 48 hours. 


6. Service Is Provided. VA Covers the Cost

All approved services are billed directly to the VA, so there’s no cost to you.


1. Mobility Medic partnerships enable us to provide a NO CONSULT REQUIRED evaluation for most equipment without having to drive to the VA.


2. Call us directly. We'll get approval from the VA to do a NO CONSULT REQUIRED visit to evaluate equipment in your home or residence.


3. After the evaluation, we submit the evaluation report to the VA.


4. Based on VA criteria, the VA decides if the equipment may be repaired in home or returned to the VA for repairs.


1. Ask for us by name to INSTALL your lift when receiving approval from the VA.


2. Ask for us by name to REPAIR your lift when calling the VA for service.


3. Call us directly if you have questions about the installation or repair of your lift.


4. We provide on-site at your residence installation and service. We come to you!


At this time we only service & repair VA equipment. We do not provide billing for insurance.
